Drawing inspiration from the Archetype screwdriver, Type 43 channels the theme of danger—heat, heights, predators, and the raw power of nature—into a radical new vision of what a dart can be.
Developed as part of the Elysian Archetype project, Archetype 43 represents Target’s boldest design challenge yet. By applying advanced engineering and artistic expression, the team has created a product that blurs the line between functional performance and true art form.

A BARREL THAT PUSHES LIMITS
Forged from 95% tungsten, the barrel takes on an asymmetrical polygonal profile inspired by sharp, geometric forms. This disruptive design delivers an aggressive aesthetic while pushing the limits of what is possible in dart craftsmanship.
GEOMETRIC POETRY
Every cut and contour is precision-machined to embody both form and function, with sharp edges and angular facets reflecting the project’s danger theme. The result is a tactile, visually striking barrel that challenges convention at every level.
ARCHETYPE SWISS POINTS
The Archetype 43 features an exclusive Archetype Swiss Point, designed with matching sharp edges to reinforce the theme. Using Target’s patented Swiss Point technology, players can switch points effortlessly with the bespoke Archetype 43 Swiss tool, combining innovation with practicality.
SPECIAL EDITION K-SHIFT
Debuting with this set is the special edition K-Shift K-Flex system, the next evolution of integrated flight and shaft technology. With a rotating shaft base, K-Shift minimises deflections in tight groupings, dramatically improving durability and keeping darts flying true.
EXCLUSIVE STAND
