1. No Purchase Necessary
1.1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void where prohibited by law.
1.2. By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
1.3. This sweepstakes is organized and administered by Dart World, Inc.,  and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively the "Sponsor," "we," "us," "our").

2. Eligibility
2.1. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. This sweepstakes and its drawing are separate from and independent of any prize draw conducted in other countries or territories.
2.2. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of each are not eligible.
2.3. By entering, you confirm you meet all eligibility requirements and are legally entitled to claim any prize awarded.

3. Sweepstakes Period
3.1. The sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM ET on Sunday, September 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 ("Promotional Period").

4. How to Enter
4.1. Free Entry Method: Submit your email address at https://www.targetdarts.com/us/ for one (1) entry. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entrant may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
4.2. Purchase Entry Method: Customers who purchase any qualifying Target tungsten darts product on https://www.targetdarts.com/us/ during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry per qualifying purchase, using the email address associated with their order. There is no limit on the number of qualifying purchases during the Promotional Period.
4.3. Entries received outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.
4.4. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise not received due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.5. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned before the drawing, the associated entries will be withdrawn.
4.6. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the sweepstakes, including fraud, manipulation of entries, or breach of these Official Rules.

5. The Prize and Odds
5.1. One (1) prize, awarded to one (1) winner selected from eligible US entries only. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5.2. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or about Friday, November 6, 2026.
5.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or other substitute will be offered, except at Sponsor's discretion.
5.4. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
5.5. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this sweepstakes are final and binding.

6. Winner Notification
6.1. The winner will be notified by email on or about Friday, November 6, 2026.
6.2. Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner up to two times via email.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second attempt, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.4. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
6.5. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release before receiving the prize.

7. Prize Delivery
7.1. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. All responsibilities relating to the product's warranty and care lie with the winner upon receipt.

8. Taxes
8.1. The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported to the IRS, and Sponsor may require the winner to complete a Form W-9 prior to prize delivery.

9. Publicity and Data
9.1. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9.2. Personal data will be used to administer the sweepstakes and fulfill the prize, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
9.3. Entrants may separately opt in to receive future marketing from Target Japan and may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree for yourself and your heirs, successors and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize and (b) to indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages) or expense (including attorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from the sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize , except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10.2       Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

11. General
11.1. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the sweepstakes or these Official Rules at any time. Sponsor may permanently disqualify from the sweepstakes any person it believes intentionally violated these Official Rules.  Any attempt to deliberately damage the sweepstakes or operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.2. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.  The sweepstakes may not be legally permissible in certain areas and the sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
11.3. A winner list may be requested by mail from Sponsor at Dart World, Inc., Attn: Target Japan Sweepstakes 175 Portland Street, Floor 5, Boston, MA 02114, within 60 days of the drawing.
