MIKURU SUZUKI
Mikuru Suzuki, the two-time BDO World Darts Champion, brings immense skill and experience to the world of darts. As one of the most remarkable female talents in the sport, she has captivated audiences with her extraordinary performances.
In 2019, Mikuru made history as the first Japanese woman to compete in the BDO World Championships. Her stellar display in the final secured her the crown, making her the first Asian world champion in steel-tip darts.
Mikuru continued her dominance in 2020 by successfully defending her title at the O2 Arena. With a victory over four-time winner Lisa Ashton, she secured her second consecutive championship. Her unbeaten streak at the tournament remained intact as she won in straight sets, showcasing her exceptional talent and determination.
In addition to her BDO World Championships triumphs, Mikuru has also claimed victories in prestigious tournaments such as the Dutch Open and the World Cup Singles.
